Before covid-19 the course was conducted in a rather traditional way with all parts (lecture, exercise and lab) face-to-face. This teaching approach changed fundamentally within a week when the covid-19 limitations forced all courses to distance learning. All parts of the course were transformed to pure distance learning including synchronous and asynchronous parts for the lecture, live online-sessions for the exercises and self-paced labs at home. Using these methods, the course was able to impart the required knowledge and competencies. Taking the teacher's observations of the student's learning behaviour and engagement, the formal and informal feedback of the students and the results of the exams into account, the new methods are evaluated with respect to effectiveness, sustainability and suitability for competence transfer. Based on this analysis strong and weak points of the concept and countermeasures to solve the weak points were identified. The analysis further leads to a sustainable teaching approach combining synchronous and asynchronous parts with self-paced learning times that can be used in a very flexible manner for different learning scenarios, pure online, hybrid (mixture of online and presence times) and pure presence teaching.}, language = {en} } @inproceedings{BraunChengDoweyetal.2020, author = {Braun, Sebastian and Cheng, Chi-Tsun and Dowey, Steve and Wollert, J{\"o}rg}, title = {Survey on Security Concepts to Adapt Flexible Manufacturing and Operations Management based upon Multi-Agent Systems}, series = {2020 IEEE 29th International Symposium on Industrial Electronics (ISIE), Proceedings}, booktitle = {2020 IEEE 29th International Symposium on Industrial Electronics (ISIE), Proceedings}, publisher = {IEEE}, address = {New York, NY}, doi = {10.1109/ISIE45063.2020.9152210}, pages = {5 Seiten}, year = {2020}, abstract = {The increasing digitalization brings new opportunities but also puts new challenges to modern industrial systems. Software agents are one of the key technologies towards self-optimizing factories and are currently used to address the needs of cyber-physical production systems (CPPS). However their interplay in industrial settings needs to be understood better.This paper focusses on securing a cloud infrastructure for multi-agent systems for industrial sites. An industrial site contains multiple production processes that need to communicate with each other and each physical resource is abstracted with a software agent. This volatile architecture needs to be managed and protected from manipulation. The proposed infrastructure presents a security concept for TCP/IP communication between agents, machines, and external networks. It is based on open-source software and tested on a three-node edge cloud controlling a model-plant.}, language = {en} } @inproceedings{PijanowskaRemiszewskaPederzollietal.2006, author = {Pijanowska, Dorota G. and Remiszewska, Elzbieta and Pederzolli, Cecilia and Lunelli, Lorenzo and Vendano, Michele and Canteri, Roberto and Dudzinski, Konrad and Kruk, Jerzy and Torbicz, Wladyslaw}, title = {Surface modification for microreactor fabrication}, url = {http://nbn-resolving.de/urn:nbn:de:hbz:a96-opus-1480}, year = {2006}, abstract = {In this paper, methods of surface modification of different supports, i.e. glass and polymeric beads for enzyme immobilisation are described. The developed method of enzyme immobilisation is based on Schiff's base formation between the amino groups on the enzyme surface and the aldehyde groups on the chemically modified surface of the supports. The surface of silicon modified by APTS and GOPS with immobilised enzyme was characterised by atomic force microscopy (AFM), time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectroscopy (ToF-SIMS) and infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The supports with immobilised enzyme (urease) were also tested in combination with microreactors fabricated in silicon and Perspex, operating in a flow-through system. For microreactors filled with urease immobilised on glass beads (Sigma) and on polymeric beads (PAN), a very high and stable signal (pH change) was obtained. The developed method of urease immobilisation can be stated to be very effective.}, subject = {Biosensor}, language = {en} } @inproceedings{BeckerBergenerDelfmannetal.2011, author = {Becker, J{\"o}rg and Bergener, Philipp and Delfmann, Patrick and Eggert, Mathias and Weiss, Burkhard}, title = {Supporting Business Process Compliance in Financial Institutions - A Model-Driven Approach}, series = {Proceedings of the 10th International Conference on Wirtschaftsinformatik : 16 - 18 February 2011, Zurich, Switzerland}, booktitle = {Proceedings of the 10th International Conference on Wirtschaftsinformatik : 16 - 18 February 2011, Zurich, Switzerland}, pages = {355 -- 364}, year = {2011}, language = {en} } @inproceedings{KraftNagl2003, author = {Kraft, Bodo and Nagl, Manfred}, title = {Support of Conceptual Design in Civil Engineering by Graph-based Tools}, year = {2003}, abstract = {WS GTaD-2003 - The 1st Workshop on Graph Transformations and Design ed Grabska, E., Seite 6-7, Jagiellonian University Krakow. 2 pages}, subject = {CAD}, language = {de} }
