A modulated light pointer stimulates the semiconductor structure at the area of interest and a responding photocurrent can be read out. By simultaneous stimulation of several areas with light pointers of different modulation frequencies, the read out can be performed at the same time. With the new proposed controller electronic based on a field-programmable gate array (FPGA), it is possible to control the modulation frequencies, phase shifts, and light brightness of multiple light pointers independently and simultaneously. Thus, it is possible to investigate the frequency response of the sensor, and to examine the analyte concentration by the determination of the surface potential with the help of current/voltage curves and phase/voltage curves. Additionally, the ability to individually change the light intensities of each light pointer is used to perform signal correction.}, language = {en} } @article{WagnerWernerMiyamotoetal.2011, author = {Wagner, Torsten and Werner, Frederik and Miyamoto, Ko-Ichiro and Sch{\"o}ning, Michael Josef and Yoshinobu, Tatsuo}, title = {A high-density multi-point LAPS set-up using a VCSEL array and FPGA control}, series = {Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical. 154 (2011), H. 2}, journal = {Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical. 154 (2011), H. 2}, publisher = {Elsevier}, address = {Amsterdam}, isbn = {1873-3077}, pages = {124 -- 128}, year = {2011}, language = {en} } @article{WagnerMiyamotoShigiharaetal.2011, author = {Wagner, Torsten and Miyamoto, Ko-ichiro and Shigihara, Noriko and Sch{\"o}ning, Michael Josef and Yoshinobu, Tatsuo}, title = {Microfluidic systems with free definable sensor spots by an integrated light-addressable potentiometric sensor}, series = {Procedia Engineering. 25 (2011)}, journal = {Procedia Engineering. 25 (2011)}, publisher = {Elsevier}, address = {Amsterdam}, isbn = {1877-7058}, pages = {791 -- 794}, year = {2011}, language = {en} } @article{SpiessWilfriedAlvarezetal.2011, author = {Spiess, Elmar and Wilfried, Reichardt and Alvarez, Gerardo and Gottrup, Marcus and {\"O}hlschl{\"a}ger, Peter}, title = {An Artificial PAP Gene Breaks Self-tolerance and Promotes Tumor Regression in the TRAMP Model for Prostate Carcinoma}, series = {Molecular Therapy}, volume = {20}, journal = {Molecular Therapy}, number = {3}, publisher = {Elsevier}, address = {Amsterdam}, isbn = {1525-0016}, pages = {555 -- 564}, year = {2011}, language = {en} } @article{ScholzRomagnoliDachwaldetal.2011, author = {Scholz, Christina and Romagnoli, Daniele and Dachwald, Bernd and Theil, Stephan}, title = {Performance analysis of an attitude control system for solar sails using sliding masses}, series = {Advances in Space Research}, volume = {48}, journal = {Advances in Space Research}, number = {11}, publisher = {Elsevier}, address = {Amsterdam}, issn = {0273-1177}, pages = {1822 -- 1835}, year = {2011}, language = {en} } @article{SchiffelsBaumannSelmer2011, author = {Schiffels, Johannes and Baumann, Marcus and Selmer, Thorsten}, title = {Facile analysis of short-chain fatty acids as 4-nitrophenyl esters in complex anaerobic fermentation samples by high performance liquid chromatography}, series = {Journal of Chromatography A. 1218 (2011), H. 34}, journal = {Journal of Chromatography A. 1218 (2011), H. 34}, publisher = {Elsevier}, address = {Amsterdam}, isbn = {0021-9673}, pages = {5848 -- 5851}, year = {2011}, language = {en} } @article{RoesnerScheikOlowinskyetal.2011, author = {Roesner, Andreas and Scheik, Sven and Olowinsky, Alexander and Gillner, Arnold and Reisgen, Uwe and Schleser, Markus}, title = {Laser assisted joining of plastic metal hybrids}, series = {Lasers in manufacturing 2011 : proceedings of the sixth International WLT Conference on Lasers in Manufacturing, Munich, May 23 - 26 2011.
