EMME are tutorial videos that visualize an expert's (e.g., a programming teacher's) eye movements during task performance to guide students' attention, e.g., as a moving dot or circle. We first introduce the general idea behind the EMME method and present studies that showed first promising results regarding the benefits of EMME to support programming education. However, we argue that the instructional design of EMME varies notably across them, as evidence-based guidelines on how to create effective EMME are often lacking. As an example, we present our ongoing research on the effects of different ways to instruct the EMME model prior to video creation. Finally, we highlight open questions for future investigations that could help improving the design of EMME for (programming) education.}, language = {en} } @article{Jacobs1999, author = {Jacobs, Stephan}, title = {Introducing Measurable Requirements: A Case Study}, series = {Proceedings : June 7 - 11, 1999, University of Limerick, Limerick, Ireland / sponsored by IEEE Computer Society Technical Council on Software Engineering. It is well adapted to living in loose sand by virtue of a combination of morphological and behavioural specializations. We investigated the bodyform of the sandfish using 3D-laserscanning and explored its locomotion in loose desert sand using fast nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) imaging. The sandfish exhibits an in-plane meandering motion with a frequency of about 3 Hz and an amplitude of about half its body length accompanied by swimming-like (or trotting) movements of its limbs. No torsion of the body was observed, a movement required for a digging-behaviour. Simple calculations based on the Janssen model for granular material related to our findings on bodyform and locomotor behaviour render a local decompaction of the sand surrounding the moving sandfish very likely. Thus the sand locally behaves as a viscous fluid and not as a solid material. In this fluidised sand the sandfish is able to "swim" using its limbs.}, language = {en} } @article{CapitainWagnerHummeletal.2021, author = {Capitain, Charlotte and Wagner, Sebastian and Hummel, Joana and Tippk{\"o}tter, Nils}, title = {Investigation of C-N Formation Between Catechols and Chitosan for the Formation of a Strong, Novel Adhesive Mimicking Mussel Adhesion}, series = {Waste and Biomass Valorization}, volume = {12}, journal = {Waste and Biomass Valorization}, publisher = {Springer Nature}, address = {Cham}, issn = {1877-265X}, doi = {10.1007/s12649-020-01110-5}, pages = {1761 -- 1779}, year = {2021}, language = {en} } @article{FoersterDubeckyDarmo1994, author = {F{\"o}rster, Arnold and Dubecky, F.. and Darmo, J.}, title = {Investigation of deep-level states in bulk and low temperature MBE semiinsulating GaAs by admittance transient spectroscopy / F.
