To achieve a preferentially flat orientation of DNA strands and thus, to reduce the distance between the DNA charge and MLAPS surface, the negatively charged probe single-stranded DNAs (ssDNA) were electrostatically adsorbed onto the positively charged PAH layer using a simple layer-by-layer (LbL) technique. In this way, more DNA charge can be positioned within the Debye length, yielding a higher sensor signal. The surface potential changes in each spot induced due to the surface modification steps (PAH adsorption, probe ssDNA immobilization, hybridization with complementary target DNA (cDNA), non-specific adsorption of mismatched ssDNA) were determined from the shifts of photocurrent-voltage curves along the voltage axis. A high sensor signal of 83 mV was registered after immobilization of probe ssDNA onto the PAH layer. The hybridization signal increases from 5 mV to 32 mV with increasing the concentration of cDNA from 0.1 nM to 5 μM. In contrast, a small signal of 5 mV was recorded in the case of non-specific adsorption of fully mismatched ssDNA (5 μM). The obtained results demonstrate the potential of the MLAPS in combination with the simple and rapid LbL immobilization technique as a promising platform for the future development of multi-spot light-addressable label-free DNA chips with direct electrical readout.}, language = {en} } @techreport{StoelzleFeixThomasEngelstaedteretal.2021, author = {St{\"o}lzle-Feix, Sonja and Thomas, Ulrich and Engelst{\"a}dter, Max and Goßmann, Matthias and Linder, Peter and Staat, Manfred and Raman, Aravind Hariharan and Jung, Alexander and Fertig, Niels}, title = {Plattformtechnologie f{\"u}r kardiale Sicherheitspharmakologie basierend auf teilsynthetischem Herzmuskelgewebe (FLEXcyte) : gemeinsamer FuE-Abschlussbericht aller Partner des Verbundprojektes : Projektlaufzeit: 01.10.2018 bis 30.09.2020}, publisher = {Nanion Technologies GmbH}, address = {M{\"u}nchen}, doi = {10.2314/KXP:1813208581}, pages = {IV, 85 Seiten, 2 ungez{\"a}hlte Seiten}, year = {2021}, language = {de} } @article{BegingMlynekHataihimakuletal.2010, author = {Beging, Stefan and Mlynek, Daniela and Hataihimakul, Sudkanung and Poghossian, Arshak and Baldsiefen, Gerhard and Busch, Heinz and Laube, Norbert and Kleinen, Lisa and Sch{\"o}ning, Michael Josef}, title = {Field-effect calcium sensor for the determination of the risk of urinary stone formation}, series = {Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical. 144 (2010), H. 2}, journal = {Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical. 144 (2010), H. 2}, pages = {374 -- 379}, year = {2010}, language = {en} } @article{LaackDuerselen1985, author = {Laack, Walter van and D{\"u}rselen, L.}, title = {Neues Konzept zur zementlosen Prothesenverankerung}, series = {Orthop{\"a}dische Praxis. 21 (1985), H. 11}, journal = {Orthop{\"a}dische Praxis. 21 (1985), H. 11}, isbn = {0030-588x}, pages = {874}, year = {1985}, language = {de} } @article{HacklMuellerStaatetal.2016, author = {Hackl, Michael and M{\"u}ller, Lars-Peter and Staat, Manfred and Kahmann, Stephanie Lucina and Wegmann, Kilian}, title = {Proximal phalangeal neck fractures of the hand — a biomechanical comparison of three fixation techniques}, series = {Knee surgery, sports traumatology, arthroscopy}, volume = {Volume 24}, journal = {Knee surgery, sports traumatology, arthroscopy}, number = {Supplement 1}, publisher = {Springer}, address = {Berlin}, issn = {0942-2056}, doi = {10.1007/s00167-016-4080-7}, pages = {148 -- 149}, year = {2016}, abstract = {Plate osteosynthesis of displaced proximal phalangeal neck fractures of the hand allows early mobilization due to a stable internal fixation.
