Maneuverability, however, necessitates a sophisticated on-board navigation system capable of autonomous operations. It is based on solar electric propulsion, as being currently used on the DAWN spacecraft, and other flight-proven technology. First, we have selected a set of mission objectives, the prime objective being the detection of water -especially subsurface water -to provide evidence for the Trojans' formation at large solar distances. Based on DAWN and other comparable missions, we have determined suitable payload instruments to achieve these objectives. Afterwards, we have designed a spacecraft that is able to carry the selected payload to the Trojan region and rendezvous successively with three target bodies within a maximum mission duration of 15 years. Accurate low-thrust trajectories have been obtained with a global low-thrust trajectory optimization program (InTrance). During the transfer from Earth to the first target, the spacecraft is propelled by two RIT-22 ion engines from EADS Astrium, whereas a single RIT-15 is used for transfers within the Trojan region to reduce the required power. For power generation, the spacecraft uses a multi-junction solar array that is supported by concentrators. To achieve moderate mission costs, we have restricted the launch mass to a maximum of 1600 kg, the maximum interplanetary injection capability of a Soyuz/Fregat launcher. Our final layout has a mass of 1400 kg, yielding a margin of about 14\%. Nestor (a member of the L4-population) was determined as the first mission target. It can be reached within 4.6 years from launch. The fuel mass ratio for this transfer is about 35\%. The stay time at Nestor is 1.2 years. Eurymedon was selected as the second target (transfer time 3.5 years, stay time 3.0 years) and Irus as the third target (transfer time 2.2 years). The transfers within the Trojan L4-population can be accomplished with fuel mass ratios of about 3\% for each trajectory leg. Including the stay times in orbit around the targets, the mission can be accomplished within a total duration of about 14.5 years. According to our mission analysis, it is also feasible to fly to the L5-population with similar flight times. It has to be noted that -for a first analysis -we have taken only the named targets into account. Allowing also rendezvous with unnamed objects will very likely decrease the mission duration. While tracking algorithms for bumblebees exist, they often come with intensive restrictions, such as the need for sufficient lighting, high contrast between the animal and background, absence of occlusion, significant user input, etc. Tracking flight paths of bumblebees in a social group is challenging. They suddenly adjust movements and change their appearance during different wing beat states while exhibiting significant similarities in their individual appearance. The MBT3D tracker, developed in this research, is an adaptation of an existing ant tracking algorithm for bumblebee tracking. It incorporates an offline trained appearance descriptor along with a Kalman Filter for appearance and motion matching. Different detector architectures for upstream detections (You Only Look Once (YOLOv5), Faster Region Proposal Convolutional Neural Network (Faster R-CNN), and RetinaNet) are investigated in a comparative study to optimize performance. The detection models were trained on a dataset containing 11359 labeled bumblebee images. YOLOv5 reaches an Average Precision of AP = 53, 8\%, Faster R-CNN achieves AP = 45, 3\% and RetinaNet AP = 38, 4\% on the bumblebee validation dataset, which consists of 1323 labeled bumblebee images. The tracker's appearance model is trained on 144 samples. The tracker (with Faster R-CNN detections) reaches a Multiple Object Tracking Accuracy MOTA = 93, 5\% and a Multiple Object Tracking Precision MOTP = 75, 6\% on a validation dataset containing 2000 images, competing with state-of-the-art computer vision methods. The framework allows reliable tracking of different bumblebees in the same video stream with rarely occurring identity switches (IDS). MBT3D has much lower IDS than other commonly used algorithms, with one of the lowest false positive rates, competing with state-of-the-art animal tracking algorithms. The developed framework reconstructs the 3-dimensional (3D) flight paths of the bumblebees by triangulation. An der TUHH wird bereits seit einigen Jahren daran gearbeitet, die Lehre grundlegend neu auszurichten. Hierf{\"u}r setzt das hochschuldidaktische "Zentrum f{\"u}r Lehre und Lernen" (ZLL) verschiedene Maßnahmen ein, wie z.B. eine finanzielle und didaktische Unterst{\"u}tzung von Lehrenden bei der Umstellung ihrer Veranstaltungen, Weiterqualifizierungsangebote und Informationsmaterial. Die Maßnahmen ebenso wie die innovierten Veranstaltungen werden von Lehrenden und Studierenden gut evaluiert. Nach dem Ansatz des Constructive Alignments l{\"a}sst sich jedoch davon ausgehen, dass der Bereich der Pr{\"u}fungen f{\"u}r eine Einsch{\"a}tzung des Status Quo der Kompetenzorientierung besonders relevant ist. Dieser wird deshalb anhand der beiden Kriterien Pr{\"u}fungsformate und Schwierigkeitsstufen von Pr{\"u}fungsaufgaben n{\"a}her beleuchtet, die eng mit der Kompetenzorientierung zusammen h{\"a}ngen. Ergebnisse hierzu aus einer universit{\"a}tsweiten Datenbank zur Studienorganisation sowie aus einer Online-Umfrage unter Studierenden weisen darauf hin, dass das Pr{\"u}fungsformat "Klausur" nach wie vor am st{\"a}rksten verbreitet ist; zugleich sind die Studierenden nach einer Selbsteinsch{\"a}tzung in Pr{\"u}fungen vorrangig mit Aufgaben auf den Taxonomieniveaus "Wiedergeben" und "Anwenden" konfrontiert. Considering distances of 200 AU for a new mission, one needs a spacecraft traveling at a speed of close to 10 AU/yr in order to keep the mission duration in the range of less than 25 yrs, a transfer time postulated by European Space Agency (ESA). Two propulsion options for the mission have been proposed and discussed so far: the solar sail propulsion and the ballistic/radioisotope-electric propulsion (REP). As a further alternative, we here investigate a combination of solar-electric propulsion (SEP) and REP. The SEP stage consists of six 22-cms diameter RIT-22 ion thrusters working with a high specific impulse of 7377 s corresponding to a positive grid voltage of 5 kV.
