  abstract  = {High gradient magnetic separation (HGMS) has been established since the early 1970s. A more recent application of these systems is the use in bioprocesses. To integrate the HGMS in a fermentation process, it is necessary to optimize the separation matrix with regard to the magnetic separation characteristics and permeability of the non-magnetizable components of the fermentation broth. As part of the work presented here, a combined fluidic and magnetic force finite element model simulation was created using the software COMSOL Multiphysics and compared with separation experiments. Finally, as optimal lattice orientation of the separation matrix, a transversal rhombohedral arrangement was defined. The high suitability of the new filter matrix has been verified by separation experiments.},

Techno-Partys dienen vielen Menschen als Ventil, um die Sorgen des Alltags f{\"u}r eine Nacht vergessen zu k{\"o}nnen. „Transmission" portr{\"a}tiert anhand der Protagonistin die pers{\"o}nliche Beziehung zum Genre Techno. Das Musikvideo soll die Zuschauenden visuell anregen und mitreißen. Es bietet ihnen die M{\"o}glichkeit, sich selbst wieder erkennen zu k{\"o}nnen und soll Außenstehenden einen Einblick in die Techno-Szene erm{\"o}glichen. Mithilfe des Rotoskopie-Verfahrens konnte ein realistischer Animationsstil erreicht werden, welcher durch eine unrealistische Farbgebung der Charaktere gebrochen wird. Der Schwerpunkt der Bachelorarbeit liegt in der kreativ-gestalterischen Ausarbeitung. Die Musikvideo „Transmission" vermittelt das „Lebensgef{\"u}hl Techno" visuell anregend und nachvollziehbar.},

  abstract  = {Digital start-ups are perceived as an engine for innovation and job promotor. While success factors for non-IT start-ups have already been extensively researched, this study sheds light on digital entrepreneurs, whose business model relies primarily on services based on digital technologies. Applying the Grounded Theory method, we identify relevant environmental success factors for digital entrepreneurs. The study's research contribution is threefold. First, we provide 16 relevant and less relevant environmental success factors, which enables a comparison with prior identified factors. We found out that several prior environmental success factors, such as accessibility to transportation or the availability of land and facilities are less relevant for a digital entrepreneur. Second, we derive and discuss hypotheses for the influence of these factors on digital start-up success. Third, we present a theoretical model that lays the foundation for explaining the environmental influence on digital entrepreneurship success.},

  abstract  = {Nach einem intensiven politischen Diskurs wurde im vergangenen Jahr die Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) verabschiedet. Die DSGVO ersetzt zum 25.5.2018 die bislang geltende, aus dem Jahre 1995 stammende Datenschutz-Richtlinie 95/46/EG. Die Novellierung des Datenschutzrechts bringt zahlreiche neue Anforderungen mit sich. Unternehmen sind daher gezwungen, sich auf die {\"A}nderungen einzustellen, ihre datenschutzrelevanten Prozesse im Hinblick auf die neuen Anforderungen zu {\"u}berpr{\"u}fen und bis zum Mai 2018 an der DSGVO auszurichten.
